Online Ordering - How it Works

If you already know which system you need, simply complete the checkout process with all requested details, including your preferred installation date. Once we receive your order, we’ll contact you to confirm the date or suggest alternatives. Your booking is confirmed once the installation date is agreed.

During the checkout process you will need to fill in the installation address, if this is not accepted it is because we do not cover that area. You can email or message to confirm this for your address.

On the day of installation, we’ll call at least 30 minutes before arrival. Before the installation the engineer will go through any questions you may have. Once the installation is complete, you’ll receive full guidance on how to use your device. After any required subscription payment has been made, you’ll be able to download your insurance certificate.
